Key Requirements

Qualifications

• Working towards a degree in a STEM-related field
• Experience teaching STEM subjects to students from elementary to high school level (not required but highly recommended)
• Strong knowledge and understanding of STEM concepts and principles
• Experience with project-based learning and other student-centered instructional methods
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with other instructors and staff members
• Willingness to adapt and learn new teaching strategies and technologies
